Role

ENXSuite seeks a marketing guru excited to establish ENXSuite as a thought leader in the GHG and Energy Performance Management space, and to drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies for ENXSuite products and services.

Specific responsibilities include working with PR firms, writing and distributing press releases, pitching stories and interacting with the media, writing customer case studies and other marketing collateral, placing company speakers at events, submitting award applications and more. In addition this position includes being an evangelist for our global carbon network, within and outside of the company.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and administer all promotional/marketing activities
• Develop and drive lead gen programs such as email marketing, telemarketing, direct marketing, search engine marketing, webinars, targeted customer events
• Develop and deliver marketing collateral, demos etc.
• Develop messaging and communications for the web site and other collateral
• Actively participate in the Web 2.0 / Bloggers community
• Industry Events and Forums
• Develop and implement strategies used to identify lead generation opportunities
• Develop and report on key performance metrics for marketing programs

PR Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Web 2.0/ Bloggers community
• Establish ENXSuite as a thought leader in the carbon management space
• Develop and manage strong relationships with media, analysts and influencers (bloggers etc.)

Skill Sets

• Good understanding of carbon management and technology space
• Direct experience running marketing / PR programs in both North America and Europe
• HANDS ON – will need to function as an individual contributor
• Can thrive in an entrepreneurial / start‐up environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work with overseas operations, time zone differences etc.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools
• Is an active blogger OR is interested in being one
• Media, analysts and blogger rolodex
• Experience and comfort working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources
• Past history with a start‐up is a plus
