Role

ENXSuite is looking for a senior Presales and Implementation Consultant to support our Enterprise sales team in the Canadian market in closing software opportunities, and ensuring smooth implementation of services.

Responsibilities

• Presales: Provide presales support to the sales team in supporting account executives to develop and close business. This includes performing product demonstrations, supporting RFPs, and serving as the technical advisor for clients and key partners.
• Consulting delivery and project management: Provide software design, training, and implementation support for your assigned accounts.
• Client services and management: Provide exceptional service to your clients, such that you become their “trusted advisor”, who helps to resolve issues quickly and effectively, building a positive image of ENXSuite in the marketplace.
• Industry knowledge: Cultivate expertise related to carbon-related issues to the extent that you can engage in meaningful dialog with clients and partners about how ENXSuite can help them.
• Product knowledge/feedback to product management: Cultivate expertise related to the ENXSuite products to the extent that you can demonstrations and articulate the value of our solutions to address key client business problems. Also, provide feedback to the product management on future requirements, competitive analysis, and other information to improve our solutions.
• Sales administration: Execute sales administration, such as submitting accurate sales forecasts, managing contracts, expense reporting, and other tasks with integrity, precision and timeliness.
