ENXSuite Names Beatriz Infante as CEO, Raises Additional Capital

SAN FRANCISCO – JUNE 3, 2010 – ENXSuite, a leading provider of on-demand energy performance management solutions formerly known as Carbonetworks, today announced that it has named seasoned public and private company executive Beatriz Infante as CEO to helm its fast-growing US and international operations. It also announced an additional round of venture funding from existing investors which it will use to expand its executive team and fuel further growth.
Infante’s career has spanned multiple high-growth business areas with a number of successful exits to deliver exceptional shareholder value. As chairman, president, and CEO of Aspect Communications, she led the company’s transformation to a leading global provider of VoIP contact center solutions, achieving 300% year-over-year license revenue growth, record revenues of $600M, and record profitability and cash flow. She served as a senior vice president at Oracle reporting directly to Larry Ellison, ran Oracle’s billion-dollar open systems business units and initiated and led the acquisition of the Rdb business from Digital Equipment Corporation. Most recently, she was an executive-in-residence at US Venture Partners and prior to that was CEO of VoiceObjects.
ENXSuite’s founder and current CEO, Michael Meehan, will become CTO and executive vice president strategy.
